• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

 

3. Participant Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and travel insurance.

• You agree to participate in retreat activities at your own risk and to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.

 

4. Code of Conduct

• This retreat is a safe and inclusive space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund.

 

5. Program Changes

• We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All retreat materials, including handouts, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the retreat organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

 

7. Media Release

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the retreat.

 

8. Liability Waiver

• By attending, you release the retreat organizers, facilitators, and venue from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.

 

9. Confidentiality

• We honor the confidentiality of all participants. What is shared in the retreat stays within the retreat community.
