Refund Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Because our retreats involve significant planning, preparation, and limited spots, we’ve established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity:
Cancellation by Participant

More than 60 days before retreat start date: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

30–60 days before retreat start date: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days before retreat start date: No refund available.
Transfer Option

You may transfer your registration to another qualified participant up to 14 days before the retreat begins, pending approval.
Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we will offer credit toward a future retreat.
